La Bergerie beach

15 km from the campsite (15 mins) – sandy – free car park – on-site restaurant – shower/toilets – Reduced mobility access – avoid in case of easterly winds

Plage de La Bergerie on Giens Peninsula, Hyères, is a vast, sandy beach.

It begins to the South at Plage de la Badine, then becomes Plage de la Bergerie further on and ends at La Capte port via Plage de la Capte.

This East-facing beach is very agreeable in the morning when it is sunniest, or if the Mistral wind is blowing, as it is well-shaded.

We love Plage de la Bergerie as the slope is very, very gentle, hence ideal for young children!

There is another restaurant at the centre of the beach. Don’t hesitate to walk along the sand a bit so you’ll have more space.

Starting out from “Camping de La Pascalinette”, we advise you to take the coast road which is quicker and prettier than Hyères town centre.

The beach offers reduced mobility access.
