In case of travelers deciding not to take out this cancellation insurance for their stay in 2022, the camping’s cancellation policy applies normally (see our General Terms of Sale).
Les Jardins de La Pascalinette undertakes to reimburse the prepaid sums, to postpone your stay, or to modify it in the event of (special offer concerning all stays booked before March 31, 2022):
- administrative closure of the campsite during the dates of your stay: we will reimburse the paid sums, at the latest before November 30, 2022 (after deduction of the booking fees and the amount of the cancellation insurance, if taken out),
- general or local lockdown, movement ban or borders closure whilst our Camping Les Jardins de La Pascalinette is able to welcome its customers :
- EITHER the customer can postpone his / her stay within the limits of availability of dates and accommodation type. The rate for the new period and / or the new accommodation will apply.
- EITHER the customer requests a non-refundable and non-transferable voucher corresponding to the sums already paid, valid until September 18th 2023, and during the opening periods of the camping (after deduction of the booking fees and the amount of the cancellation insurance, if taken out).
