1. Rentals (Mobile Homes, Coco Sweet, Le Coin des Copains®)

  1. Do you accept barbecues/planchas? Is there a barbecue area inside the campsite?

    Only gas barbecues / planchas are accepted. There are no communal barbecue areas inside the campsite, but certain rentals are fitted with barbecues (Patio® mobile homes, Îles d’Or® mobile homes, La Villa des Copains®, Coco Sweet® fitted tents and Le Coin des Copains® Friends' Corner). Charcoal barbecues are prohibited throughout the region for fire prevention reasons. Electric barbecues / planchas are also prohibited due to the maximum power supply allocated to the campsite.

  2. Do you accept pets (cats & dogs)?

    We accept a maximum of two pets, except for category 1 and 2 dogs. Animals are prohibited inside Le Coin des Copains® (Friends' Corner).

  3. Do you rent bed linen, cots and high chairs?

    We rent bed linen, cots and high chairs. Please book in advance.

  4. Can we bring a second vehicle or trailer?

    Additional vehicles and trailers are allowed subject to a supplement. They must be parked on the plot. We must therefore be notified in advance, as only certain mobile homes offer space for a second vehicle or trailer.

  5. What is the power supply in mobile homes?

    16 Amps.

  6. Can we install a tent on a mobile home plot?

    No, it is unauthorised by the Var prefecture for safety reasons.

  7. Are pillows and blankets provided in rentals?

    Yes, pillows are always provided, you will find them on the bed. Blankets are also provided, you will find them in the cupboards.

  8. Can we put a television in the Avantage® or Classique® mobile homes? Or rent one on site?

    We do not rent televisions. Some mobile homes are fitted with them: Privilège®, Patio®, La Villa des Copains® and Îles d’Or®. There is no TV aerial in Classique® and Avantage® mobile homes. If you wish to bring your television, please bring an indoor aerial.

  9. How much does end of stay cleaning cost?

    End of stay cleaning option price varies according to mobil-home category and no of bedrooms used.

  10. I saw an accommodation choice called Le Coin des Copains® (Friends’ Corner) on your website. How many people can stay there?

    Le Coin des Copains® (Friends' Corner) can accommodate up to 10 guests (5 cabins for 2 guests). It offers a kitchen area and private sanitary block.
    Animals are prohibited in Le Coin des Copains®, even outside the cabins.

  11. From what time can we arrive?

    Arrivals for accommodation are at 5 p.m. and departures before 10 a.m.

  12. Are the mobile homes air-conditioned?

    With the exception of our Classique® mobiles homes, Coco Sweet® fitted tents and Le Coin des Copains® (Friends Corner), all our rentals are air-conditioned for maximum comfort.

2. Tent & Caravan Pitches

  1. Do you accept barbecues/planchas? Is there a barbecue area inside the campsite?

  3. Do you rent refrigerators?

    Yes, we rent refrigerators. Please book in advance.

  4. Can we bring a second vehicle or trailer?

    Additional vehicles and trailers are allowed subject to a supplement. They must be parked on your pitch. Please notify us in advance so we can put you on a pitch large enough to accommodate an additional vehicle or trailer.

  5. What is the power supply on pitches?

    Pitches are fitted with 10A sockets. Please bring along a European plug type P17 to connect your devices.

  6. Do you have chemical toilets?

    Yes, we have one at the Mitan sanitary block.

  7. Can we put several tents on the pitch and how much does it cost?

    Yes, there is no limit to the number of tents per pitch. However, please note the number of people is limited to 6 per pitch.

  8. From what time can we arrive?

    For pitches, arrivals are from 2 pm and departures at 11 am.

  9. Can you choose your pitch?

    As a general rule you can choose your pitch, although of course it depends on our availabilities and booking deadlines. So please remember: "The earlier I book, the better chance I have of choosing a pitch".

    Out of season customers can choose their pitch (according to availabilities).

3. Payment and cancellation conditions

  1. What types of payment do you accept for bookings?

    Online we accept bank transfers and credit card payments on our website (3D secure security protocol)
    On-site we only accept payments by credit card or cash.

  2. Do you accept holiday vouchers?

    We accept only ANCV vouchers but they have to be send before arrival.

  3. To book, what payment methods do you accept?

    Remotely we accept checks, transfers, and credit card payments on our website (3D secure security protocol)
    On site, we only accept payment by credit card and cash.

  4. What are the cancellation terms?

4. Water Park

  1. Can children reach the pool easily from the pitch or plot?

    Yes, it takes only 5 minutes to reach the pool from the far end of the campsite. However, children must be accompanied by an adult.

  2. What types of swimwear are allowed at the Water Park?

    For hygiene reasons, no swimwear other than the following is accepted:
    For women: one or two-piece swimwear only is allowed (burkinis prohibited),
    For men: shorts are strictly prohibited, only swimming trunks or swimming boxer shorts are allowed.

  3. What are the Water Park opening times? Is it open in the evening?

    The Water Park is open every day.
    Low season (April, May, June and September), open from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.
    High season (July and August), open from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. and until sundown twice a week.

  4. Are the water park pools heated?

    Yes, our 4 large pools are heated throughout the season and include a 200m² swimming pool, paddling pool for toddlers and 2 swimming pools set in a zen and relaxing space complete with whirlpool bath. What better way to let go of the stresses and strains of everyday life? So fear not if you're staying with us at Easter or on a May bank holiday weekend – you'll have no excuse not to put on your swimsuit and enjoy the slightest ray of spring or Indian summer sunshine!

  5. Are friends allowed at the Water Park?

    No, unless they are campsite customers.

  6. Do you need to wear a bracelet to access the campsite water park?

    Yes, you must wear the security bracelet to access the swimming pools and water park. They are open to campsite residents only, for guaranteed security for you and your children. The bracelet is placed on your wrist as soon as you arrive.

5. Campsite Services

  1. Do you have Wifi?

    Yes, we have Wifi on charge and we offer a variety of packages.

  2. Do you have washing machines and dryers?

    Yes, we have 10 kg washing machines and a tumble dryer.

  3. Do you sell stamps and postcards?

    Yes, we sell stamps for France and Europe, as well as postcards.

  4. Do you offer activities for children?

    Yes, we offer two children's clubs in July and August only (4/7 years and 8/12 years), as well as activities for teenagers.

  5. Do you have entertainment evenings at the restaurant? Is it open every day?

    The restaurant is open every day in high season and hosts entertainment evenings in July & August.

  6. What are the campsite restaurant and shop opening hours?

    Our shop is open every morning and afternoon (please ask the restaurant manager for exact opening times).

    The restaurant is open from 7.30 am to midnight (depending on the evening's entertainment). It welcomes you for full breakfasts, lunches and dinners! Please book with the restaurant staff.

  7. Can you buy fresh bread at the campsite?

    Yes, our shop also sells fresh bread, so you can enjoy a crispy baguette for breakfast on the terrace of your mobile home!

    Please note that the campsite's friendly, family-style restaurant also allows you to savour breakfast on site or take away your bread and pastries, along with the local daily newspaper, Var Matin.

6. Around the Campsite

  1. Is the campsite near the shops and town centre?

    You'll find a Biocoop, Intermarché and Casino supermarket in La Londe town centre, 5 minutes from the campsite. In Hyères (9 minutes from the campsite), you'll find a Géant Casino, Leclerc, Intermarché and more.

    Please note that your campsite also has its own shop, ideal for improvised aperitifs with friends!

    What's more, you'll find plenty of Provencal markets nearby where you can stock up on local products.

  2. Where is the nearest Post Office?

    In La Londe town centre. If you need stamps for France or Europe we sell them at the campsite. We can also post your mail if you wish.

  3. Do you have a list of evening markets?

    Yes of course. There are two in La Londe in summer, on Thursday and Sunday evenings. The list of markets is displayed at the Campsite, near Reception.

  4. Can you get to the town centre / beaches on foot or by bike?

    You can get to the town centre and beaches by bike. A passage has been created on the roundabout to allow you to cross on foot or by bike.

7. Beaches

  1. Is the campsite near the sea?

    The nearest beaches are situated just a few minutes from us, promising all the delights of the Mediterranean without the inconveniences of a campsite at the water's edge. The beaches of Tamaris, L'Argentière and Miramar in La Londe and Les Salins in Hyères await you!

    You can reach the beaches by car or bike along a safe cycle path, or enjoy a stroll through the vines down to the coast.
    To be precise, we are located 3.5 km from the nearest beach: Les Salins in the town of Hyères is just 5 to 7 minutes from the campsite.

  2. Is there a shuttle service for the beach? What are the times?

    Yes, the town council runs a shuttle service to Plage de l’Argentière in July & August. The shuttle stops 3 times a day in front of the campsite. Please ask at Reception for details on times and prices.

  3. What are some of the beaches located near the campsite?


    Plage de l'Estagnol, Plage du Pellegrin, Plage de Léoube, Plage du Cabasson, Plage de l'Argentière and Plage des Salins d'Hyères are all located near the campsite.

8. Practical questions

  1. Are there sorting columns in the local bins?

    Yes, you can sort plastics and canned goods and glass in the garbage room.

  2. I saw on your website that there is a main road nearby. Is it noisy? And what about the airport? Can you hear the planes?

    There is a main road near the campsite, but only a few plots are really near it and we never rent them without your agreement. The airport is 20-25 minutes away by car, so you won't hear planes taking off or landing.

  3. Do you have mosquitoes and ants?

    We have installed mosquito traps which are giving excellent results.

    About the ants, we are in the middle of nature, and we are in summer: there are some like all over France. With good reflexes (no food lying around) and products you will not have any problem.

  4. What measures has the campsite taken to fight Covid 19?

    Your health and that of our team is a priority, so we make every effort to provide maximum safety at the campsite. Our mobile homes are systematically spray-disinfected (with particular attention to textiles) and all busy areas are regularly sanitized (toilets, communal areas, entertainment equipment, children's club, etc.) using a certified-effective product for Covid.

    Our private and communal areas alike are therefore subject to strict hygiene rules.
    All members of our reception and entertainment teams are also required to wear a mask to guarantee maximum protection for all.

  5. What do the campsite’s four stars mean?

    Four-star campsites have to satisfy numerous criteria.
    First and foremost, its pitches and rental plots must measure at least 80 m². Spanning 300m², our Coin des Copains® (Friends Corner) is our largest single camping space. Caravan pitches range from 95 m² to 120 m² to guarantee maximum comfort!

    The other criteria relate to amenities and services: you'll find a restaurant and shop at the campsite, together with a vast, 2000 m² water park.

  6. What’s the weather like in the region?

    With nearly 300 days of sunshine per year, it's very unlikely you'll have a rainy stay! But if it does rain, our Coins of Paradis® (Corners of Paradise) list features a great choice of places to visit!
